I was wondering why a couple of my messages didn't appear, but it turns out I posted them to the wrong blog. So, here they are...

Look at a picture in a newspaper. If you look closely enough, if you have a sharp focus, if you care to look, you will see the grey is made of black and white. I'm a Christian, a husband, a dad, a homeschooling parent and a Canadian. And I hope to bring some focus, thought and logic to everyday life.

It's been a while since I've had any interaction with you, but I've been taking some stock of late and just wanted to drop you a message. I didn't see an email link so that this will have to be the only way I can do it.
I just wanted to say I'm sorry for how harshly I responded to you a little over a year ago. As much as I might have deemed my viewpoint right at the time or my response been justified, I've come to conclude that attacking you the way I did could never be justifiable. I don't know if you even remember the conflict (I personally hadn't until recently) and I just wanted to extend to you an apology.

Thank you for the apology. It is appreciated. I understand that these are issues you feel very strongly about, and that the discussion came at a particularly stressful time in your life.
I have been praying for you over the last year, and will continue to do so. My prayer is not that God would change your mind on any particular issue (in fact, you may find we are closer in our beliefs on many issues than you know). Rather my prayer is the same as the prayer I pray for myself and my family; that we would be useful to the Lord and have His joy.
