I would like to know how Ontario Hydro customers can be required to pay a monthly debt reduction charge when the utility is increasing it's debt. You look at this charge and say to yourself, "OK, for whatever reason, there is a debt. Paying off debts is good. So I won't grumble about paying the extra." But it's all a shell game.
